Agents needed a more efficient way to monitor and manage property listings. The challenge was to simplify tracking while ensuring real-time accuracy and brand consistency.
I started by mapping user flows and gathering feedback from the team to identify inefficiencies in the existing process. From there, I designed wireframes and interactive prototypes that introduced features like status filters, clean UI components, and automated updates. The final dashboard improved clarity, reduced manual effort, and gave agents a streamlined tool to stay on top of property changes.
